Jeff of Adams County

I have finally found an answer to my chronic back spasms and
debilitating back pain!
I have been prescribed countless pain relievers and opiates over
the years with little or no relief. Have been on the brink of liver
failure due to these same prescribed medications. Developed severe
gastrointestinal problems like constipation, cramps, bleeding, and
heartburn from the same prescribed med's. Have cognitive problems
and mood swings that can be severe. Can't sleep, can't concentrate,
have become depressed. The pharmacists are rude and insinuating!
Medical marijuana is a Godsend! I am now a contributing member to
society again. I can now get out and do the things that I have been
missing for so long. I have the energy to volunteer over 20 hours
a week at my area food bank lifting boxes and picking up food shares
from local stores and loading them in my truck. I volunteer in my
county for many functions. My mood is happy and stable, my appetite
is great, with my taste returning to levels of my youth. The dispensaries
are kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They (unlike pharmacists)
are always willing to take the time to answer my questions and help
in any way they can.
Don't get me wrong, I still have pain, but it is tolerable, and
I can actually enjoy getting out of bed in the morning a look forward
to the new day. Obviously my depression and mood swings are less
severe.
I have been a burden, I know, on the medicare & workers compensation
payroll. My prescriptions cost over $600.00 a month. With the medical
marijuana this cost has been taken away from taxpayers liability,
something to think about huh!
