Cliff Black specializes in advising medical marijuana dispensaries,
caregivers, and other medical cannabis-related businesses in Colorado
on the legal aspects and grey areas of Article
XVIII, Section 14 of the Colorado Constitution. He grew up in

Charles Houghton has been practicing law in Colorado for over 25
years. He specializes in business aspects of medical marijuana dispensaries
and other caregiving businesses, including helping clients select
and incorporate the right business entity. He also has extensive
experience in leasing and zoning matters. Charles received his B.S.
in Accounting and Business Management from CSU in 1982, and his
J.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1985. He is currently
a member of the Colorado Springs Medical Cannabis Task Force and
Steering Committee.
