Is cannabis legal?
Article XVIII, Section 14 of the Colorado Constitution (sometimes
referred to as Amendment 20) allows patients who have a debilitating
medical condition and a doctor's recommendation to register with
the state and receive a Medical Marijuana Registry card. See more

Cannabis is not protected under federal law and possession of cannabis
remains a federal crime.
Can anyone attend these classes?
You must be over 21 years old.
Do I need a doctor's recommendation for medical marijuana to
attend your classes?
No, no one at the class will be allowed to handle cannabis medicine
except the instructors, so our classes are open to anyone.
What are your cancellation policies?
- For physical classes, partial refunds will only be given if you
cancel your class at least 72 hours before the class begins. You
will be charged a $40 administrative fee for any cancellation.
- For live teleclasses or teleclass recordings, there are no refunds.
Do you have scholarships?
Yes, we have full-scholarships and discounts for a limited number
of low-income patients who would like to take our classes. Please
email
us with the word"Scholarship" in the subject.
Where do my class fees go?
All class fees will go to support CTI's mission of cannabis education,
research and advocacy. Click
